Nicely packaged; would make a skillful souvenir for a guitarist - Solid construction. It has the mini-knobs with fat rubber rings that some companies now utilize at present on mini-and multi-effects units. I'm dubious almost these; the shaft seems less solid than I'd like. I don't know how durable they are, but I'm gonna try not to stomp on them. With this *possible* exception, the build quality and components look good. I haven't opened it up to examine the PCB and components. - It'south digital, but the "Analogue" (analog) voicing is pretty good. I didn't observe much low terminate loss when I tried it with my bass. It does color your sound a bit, just non in an unpleasant style. The digital voicing is okay too, only I prefer the analog. Thing of taste. It's got contrary likewise, which is kind of fun to play with, though I'thou not certain I'd ever use it. It works as you'd expect. - Controls are straightforward and easy to use. Tap tempo works as expected; yous can then arrange the filibuster knob to override the tap tempo. I'grand not sure what the range is and it doesn't say anywhere on the small education sheet. - Tranquillity: I didn't detect any added noise when the pedal was on. True bypass seems to piece of work properly. - Possible pro: the unusual shape would allow some users to fit it on the edge of a pedalboard; a standard size pedal would nestle easily between the in/out jacks. So fifty-fifty though it'south bigger than a mini-pedal, this form could be the right "puzzle piece" for some crowded boards.

YouTube review was nice only box format too large for me I watched the "intheblues" review https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cS1Sr5ZQ_zM and found that the most interesting sound was the Reverse Delay, the one that Shane did non find that useful (dissimilar strokes for dissimilar folks). OTOH, Shane liked Donner's Foursquare 7 Digital Delay. I bought it and hated information technology. I volition not buy this Donner Tap Delay because, frankly, it is too big for my pedalboard and I don't really need nearly of its features, only the unique Reverse Delay sound. Donner: you lot already have the tech, and so why not create a cheaper, smaller Contrary Delay (plus chorus, etc.?) pedal? For now, I will try out the Hotone Tape Eko with contrary switch.
